国鳥のカンムリ鶴を雄々しく描き、極楽鳥花などの花で華やかに飾りました。
ナイジェリアには254の部族が共存しているので254の蝶で描きこみました。
色彩はナイジェリアグリーンを中心としながら、赤道と太陽を赤、熱帯雨林から見上げた空を青で描き、金箔を多く使用することで琳派画を彷彿させる豪華絢爛な作品となっています。
This Kimono is gorgeously decorated with the national bird, dignifying black crowned cranes, and bird of paradise flowers. It also expresses the diversity of more than 250 tribes with countless butterflies. Highlighting the Nigerian green, it uses red for the equator and the sun and blue for the sky of the tropical rain forest. This magnificent work using a lot of gold gilt evokes Edo period Rinpa style painting.
ナイジェリアの遺跡から出土した宝物の仮面や放射状の文様から取材し、印象的なデザインで織り上げています。 The obi is woven with the impressive design inspired by the mask and the radial pattern of the treasure excavated from the ruins of Nigeria.
