海中に滝が落ちていくような絶景をメインテーマにして、陸上の島を絵画的なタッチで描き、海中には国旗の色を中心とした虹色の光が差し込むように描きました。海中深く泳ぐクジラは、海の恵みの象徴として描き、深淵な海の威厳を表現しています。 With the spectacular view of a waterfall which seems to flow under the sea as the main theme, an island is drawn with a pictorial touch. The rainbow-colored lights seen in the national flag plug into the sea. The whales swimming deep in the sea are drawn as the symbol of the blessings of the sea, expressing the majesty of the profound ocean.
左側に文化遺産のル・モ―ン、右側に国の鳥ドードー、そのバックは国旗、両サイドに国花トロチェティアをデザインし、平織と紋織と夏帯の穴あきを併用した織り方で制作しました。 On the obi the designer drew the cultural heritage Le Morne on the left, the bird Dodo on the right, the national flag on the back side, and Trochetia on the both sides. Combined techniques of plain weave, crest and breathable fabric for summer belt are used.
